Villa having 4 Bedrooms,3 Bath room and a kitchen in the Ground Floor . In the First Floor Five Deluxe Rooms Privacy & safety is assured, it is situated in a half acre gated compound. Homely food available upon advance request .Door delivery from nearby restaurants available. Nearby town is Anachal,3 KM away. Owner and family stays next to the property. The space We received Traveller review award from the year of hosting 2017 to 2024. May check We do our level best to provide a pleasant experience and a comfortable stay of home away home . Separate parking ground and separate dormitory for drivers outside the villa. Surrounding area is full of greenery and no wildlife, no safety issues. Owner and family stay next to the villa and is available 24 hours, if any help is needed. Note : We host family group only. This is a family owned and managed property, no men only group allowed to check in. We do not have an in house restaurant , but door delivery from nearby restaurant available. Breakfast is available at property. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no sound music and outdoor games allowed during this time. Pool timing is 7 AM to 7 PM only. No smoking allowed inside rooms, may smoke outside designated areas. Guest is allowed to consume alcohol in private. Guest access Entire villa situated in a half acre compound, guest have freedom to move around the building and farm lands, nearby roads etc. Swimming pool, nearby small play area for children,Fun seasow for both adults and kids, play ground where guest can play shuttle, Musical chair etc. Can sit outside and breathe fresh air in the morning and evening. No wild animals or other safety issues. During your stay Owner and family stay next to villa. We worked and lived abroad. If the guest wish to interact with hosts , explaining local culture , local attractions etc. Happy to speak to guest . We arrange vehicle for site seeing , if required. Guest can text/ call/ any time, if they need any assistance. No resident service staff available and no room service available. During the day time house keeping staff available from 9 AM to 1 PM. Daily house keeping will be done , when the guest are away. Other things to note Owner and family stay next to the villa, Tea Coffee available at extra cost . Fully equipped kitchen also available in the Ground floor Four bedrooms villa. Power back up , water filter, hot water dispensor,Free Wifi, are other common amenities. and water heater is installed ,24 Hours hot and cold water . Villa is having two floors. Ground floor 3 BHK , we furnished hall also ,it became four bedrooms 3 bathrooms, private kitchen three family will get privacy. There is a big dining hall in the back yard , it is a common facility , there you get a water filter, hot water dispenser, hand wash , waste bins. Like First floor is like an apartment , having private stairs from outside, five bath attached private rooms . Front pool facing three rooms having stunning vide view of pool and mountain. Two rooms having private balcony with plantation view. Front there is an sit out area to sit and relax in the evening with a rocking chair.
