Walk down the marble floored stairs to the large common living hall equipped with Smart TV, 3 large sofas that can also be used for sleeping. Access to the superbly modern kitchen and outwards towards the veranda and reception area. Off the living hall is the dining and sitting area. Both fabulously finished with tasteful decor and ultra modern ceilings and floors across the whole of the downstairs of the house. Large study room (Bedroom 4) with attached bathroom.
