Barnview private bed/bath with private entrance

Just minutes from Santa's Wonderland and the Texas A&M campus. Horse riding lessons available. Very cozy and private room away from the owners living quarters. IF you bring a pet there is as additional cleaning fee of $30 per pet to be paid on or before arrival. Pets are to stay in the paid room area unless monitored and accompanied outside of the room by the guest. They must be kenneled if left alone. The space This room has a private entrance and foyer with a kuerig coffee maker and small microwave. It is a Large Ensuite room with queen size bed, large 40 inch tv with Apple TV and FREE WI-FI !!! A swimming pool is available for use if the guesthouse has not reserved it. Just ask us in your inquiry or when you request to book if it is available for the time you are requesting. Also a beautiful large fire pit off of the patio to enjoy, just check with us as well to make sure the guesthouse has not reserved it. Guest access The entire 9.5 acres are available to enjoy, the lighted arena, pond, back 3 acre pasture, etc. Come see and play with our goat, quail, and dogs. Other things to note If you have horses that you want to bring with you for Rodeo events or anything else we have stalls with paddocks available daily, weekends, weekly, or monthly...
