A native-style hut in a private resort with a beautiful sea view for adventurous travelers who don't mind using a shared toilet and shower with other guests. It features a sturdy double bed (queen size) and a small balcony with hammock. The bathroom and the hut have basic amenities but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. 5 mins motorcycle ride to Ferry Port going to Malapascua Island. The space Our place is ideal for more adventurous travelers who like staying in a more basic place to experience what it's like to live like a local. The private resort is located in front of the beach so you will hear the sound of the waves and sometimes roosters cocking at night. We do not have Aircon in the huts as it's already very windy during the day and cool at night. If you are fussy best if you choose somewhere upmarket. 5 mins motorcycle ride to Ferry port going to Malaspascua. 5 mins motorcycle ride going to market and nearby restaurants. 2 mins walk to Sandoval (Delsands) Beach resort. 15 mins motorcycle ride to Daanbantayan Town area. Guest access The huts will be solely occupied by the guest and each have private access. You have communal access to the open cottages in both beach front and back that you can use to mingle with other guests or do your work. We provide basic kitchen stuff (drinking water, mug, water heater, spoon, fork, plates) and we have an open kitchen for guests to grill and cook (with a minimum fee for the gas stove). Our toilets and bathroom are shared which are located outside the Nipa huts. The parking area is located in a safe/secured property 100 meters from the beach.
