The weekend villa is a newly constructed private bungalow, located in the cozy & scenic landscape by Panshet road. It's a lake view furnished individual villa with living, kitchen & 2 bedrooms approx 1 hr (27 km) drive from Swargate, Pune. Weekend villa is ideal for family/ friends get together, staycation, celebrations, leisure, relaxation, meditation, outings, party, chilling, weekends and all the occasion you feel to get a break from city life. Your weekend starts when you enter the villa! The space Weekend Villa is a road touch spot on Panshet road (the road which leads to panshet dam from Pune), it's just opposite to the famous Shetkari Hotel which makes it easily accessible by public or private transport. On the front there is blissfull Kadakwasla's backwater view, on the East you can see the breathtaking Sinhagad fort. The property includes 2000 sq feet lawn/garden where you can have BBQ, bonfire, outdoor party, etc. House has Inverter power-backup (incase of emergency power cutoff), 48inch 4K LED smart TV, High speed internet wifi, Tata Sky, PlayStation 3, Outdoor jhula, Bluetooth connected music system, Washing machine, Guitar, mountain bike, soccer, badminton set, carrom, chess, etc for entertainment (**Please note that some of the above items may not be available during your specific stay on the reason of missing/ broke or in maintenance) The Kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, spices, refrigerator, microwave & equipment/instruments ready to prepare the meal of your choice. While we take every effort to make sure that your stay is comfortable you agree not to hold us responsible for rare infrastructure glitches that may occur during your stay. We will try to fix things during your stay if that is not possible then immediately after your stay for sure. We assure you that you will go home with a smile on your face refreshed and re-energised. Guest may feel free to use all the amenities and areas to make them feel at home. Other things to note Food is not arranged at the bungalow itself, however private kitchen provides for basic cooking needs with a refrigerator. There are options of restaurants in nearby area (Hausai, Shetkari and River hunter restaurant)for guests to choose from. If you intent to prepare BBQ onsite then pls let us know before hand [ ***It will be charged additional 200/- in which we will provide coal, fire wood for bonfire & fire igniter. Charges can be paid later in cash] Since there is no broadband internet provider nearby we provide the guest with JIO pocket wifi with excellent range (3GB of daily usage). Internet speed is good and can easily connect to smart TV to watch your favorite stuff. In case of 10+ members let us know in advance so that we can arrange sleeping accommodation. As of now, there are NO wardrobes, side tables in the necessary amenities but we promise to implement them soon over the period of time :)
