Tranquil and enchanting get away located on 35 forested and meadowed acres with a creek and breathtaking waterfall. You can hear the ocean from the property and walking trails afford an ocean view. Individual suites are tailored for privacy, but still have access to all the common areas and amenities. We serve a hearty breakfast each morning you can add to your stay, with locally sourced fresh ingredients. The space The Cedar Suite is located off of our western bar and game room and is rustic shabby chic beach themed. It has 2 queen beds and a smart TV with full cable. There is a charming electric fireplace too! The bathroom is an ensuite with a huge walk in rain shower, and bohemian touches. A wood stove and sitting area is right outside the room. This suite has the easiest access to the bar/game room. This is a dog friendly room, however we need to be notified if bringing a dog, and a flat pet fee of $25 applies per dog with a 2 dog maximum. Guest access All guests at Taylor Creek Lodge have full access to our gym, sauna, hot tubs, decks, picnic areas, walking trails, western bar/kitchen/game room, guest laundry, 2 great rooms, 2 dining areas and parking. There are lots of fun things to do right here at the lodge. Trampoline, climbing ropes, slack line, nightly bonfire with s'mores, gold panning station with supplies to borrow or purchase, botchie balls, horseshoes, lots of board games, pool table, air hockey, gaming console, kitchen garden with a green house. There is a chicken house with a group of "working girls" you can help gather eggs or feed them if you like. There are also horses on the property you can pet. During your stay Hosts Dale and Rachel live on site in their own private wing at the Lodge. We are available for local recommendations for things to do or resturants to visit. We are pretty social, but if you just want to keep to yourselves, thats okay we understand thats what you need, just give us a heads up. Other things to note If you want to add breakfast, its available for purchase. We always serve all you can eat, coffee, teas, juices, yogurts, pastries, fruits, a main dish, egg dish and bacon or sausage. If you need special dietary consideration, just let us know; vegan, vegetarian, allergy needs can be accommodated. Pets are allowed per Taylor Creek Lodge's pet policy and there is a separate pet fee. There is a 2 dog maximum and NO CATS, exotics or small animals.
