The interior of the house has a large living-dining room with fireplace and two terraces, one on the Lower Floor and one on the First Floor, which makes the stay very comfortable in both winter and summer. Pets are not allowed. The space This house has belonged to my family for three generations. It has a large garden of 400 m2., with a lot of vegetation and trees of tropical species among which a magnolium and a centennial mulberry tree stand out. A small path surrounds it until you access the main entrance located inside a gallery with wooden coffered ceiling and large windows. The entire exterior of the house corresponds to the traditional architecture of northern Spain. It is built with traditional materials such as wood, or masonry walls with whitewashed facades painted white. The wooden counter-windows painted in garnet color stand out, very typical also in this area of the Pyrenees. Inside the house has a large living room with fireplace and two terraces, one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor, which makes the stay very comfortable both in winter and summer. The staircase, built entirely of oak wood, leads to the upper floor which has four bedrooms and two bathrooms The house is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a few days like at home. Normally it is not me who can be there to receive you but I will be as attentive as possible in case you need anything specific. It is a very quiet area of Jaca, a few minutes by car from the center and in a perfect situation to go out to the ski slopes or reach the road. It is best to move by car and take advantage that you are in one of the most beautiful areas of the Pyrenees. Guest access All the rooms of the house are exterior so the whole interior has plenty of natural lighting, which makes the stay very pleasant. The house has four bedrooms. The first of them with a double bed, the second with two single beds, the third with a single bed and an extra bed and finally the fourth with a two-seater sofa bed. Other things to note The villa has central heating and hot water. Care must be taken not to use both showers at the same time so that the hot water is not cut off.
