Our apartment on the second floor has two advantages due to its south-west orientation: on the one hand, the greatest possible enjoyment of the sun and on the other hand, the quiet location facing away from the street. The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration. The space On the 2nd floor is our 57 m² apartment facing south and west. The bedrooms are located in the quiet city forest. In the 2nd bedroom there is a folding couch 1.45 x 2.10 m. From the living room and balcony you have a side sea view through the row of trees between Ostseeallee and promenade. A very well equipped kitchen is at your disposal, in which only microwave lovers will be disappointed. There is a ceramic stove and an oven. Guest access To the right of the house is the entrance to the underground garage, entrance height 2 m. The apartment has a double parking space. If both parking spaces are used, the height of max. 1.55 m must be observed, if only the upper parking space is used, there is 2 m of space. Other things to note There is an elevator in the house from the basement. Since the underground garage was built later, however, a staircase must be overcome to get into the house.
