Beautifully appointed Self contained SMALL DOG Under 10k Home. Off street parking and own entrance. You can walk to the off leash Beach (time of day applies) literally 2 mins away. Big shopping complex inc Woolworths 3 mins away. You are a courtesy bus ride from some of The Best Clubs Boat Club /RSL Club that Hervey Bay has to offer. Provided for you also is your Dogs own little house too. ONLY taking SMALL DOGS (10 KG and Under) as My Dog is only SMALL. Yard Fenced Cameras and Gates The space Really spacious and clean and modern as it's a relatively New Build. Also can be wheelchair friendly. Guest access Own entrance and private parking for Boats and Jet Skis. Have just completed a 3.4 metre car port so you can put and lock your Boat or Car Undercover with a private entrance for you. Other things to note If your fur child comes with you, it can't get much better than that . Our dog friendly off leash beach is 2 mins away! Very peaceful yet close to all amenities The Bay has to offer. I look forward to seeing you soon. IF bringing your Fur Child please tell me a little about the Breed and temprement as my home is not a substitute for A Dog Kenel. All dogs will be left in the Yard Not inside should you decide Not to take them with You! I want to make this clear before booking as I have had damage Done to the Unit as the Dogs were left inside and very stressed. I assure you I will let the Dog/s out if I see them left inside.
