Lavender Cottage is a grade II listed period brick and flint cottage, retaining many original features, including beams and a steep Norfolk Winder staircase. Guests love the bespoke kitchen and dining area which opens on to the courtyard via bi-fold doors. Access is via the rear enclosed gravel courtyard in to the dining kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven/hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave. The space There is an oak dining table in the dining area which can be opened up to the courtyard by opening the bi-fold doors. The lounge has exposed ceiling timbers and a large open brick fireplace with solid timber mantle. The ground floor bathroom consists of toilet, wash basin, bath with electric shower over and heated towel rail. The staircase leads to the landing which provides access to the two bedrooms, each with exposed ceiling and wall timbers. The double bedroom overlooks Church Street and the twin bedded room overlooks the rear courtyard. The enclosed gravel courtyard is South facing and sheltered.
