Studio with Tuscany-like views, 6 km from ocean

Finca La Gunilla is named after a special woman who unfortunately is no longer with us. Her beautiful, vibrant spirit, warmth, and her joy live on throughout our magical home that we would love to share with you! Our country home is stooped on a little hill with amazing Tuscany-like views; olive trees, mountains, and the picturesque village of La Noe de Gaia. The space This beautiful guesthouse is intended for 2 adults and 2 kids. It's a fully equipped studio of 53 m2 with a large table and two very comfortable sofa beds. ( Since they each have a thick bed mattress stored beneath, I guarantee they are just as comfortable as regular beds.) The sofabeds can be laid out separately or as a giant family bed of 2.80m. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need but if it is something you miss, please let us know and I will do my best to fix it. The bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine. The guest house also has a large, lovely semi-private* access to the beautiful outdoor area with a pizza oven, barbecue, dining set, and a lounge area. *shared only with one other studio (max 2 persons), however if you want exclusivity I can give you a special price to block the other house. You also have free access to a big garden and you're welcome to eat all the fruits that's available for the season. oranges, lemons, grapes, figs, "nisperos" etc. We also have hens that will give you fresh eggs for breakfast (free of charge.) And don't worry. Only hens! no rooster will wake you up in the mornings... 😊 Guest access You will have a semi private access to a beautiful outdoor area with tables, sofa , pizza oven, barbecue and a big pool. ( Its only shared with one other small house ( maximum 2 persons) The outdoor area is between the two houses . You also have free access to a big garden and you're welcome to eat all the fruits that's available for the season. oranges, lemons, grapes, figs, "nisperos" etc. Other things to note Dogs upon request and 12 euro/dog. We have three adopted dogs but if you are afraid of dogs we will try to make sure they stay at the other part of the property. we also have 3 cats, 8 hens that run free and 3 horses! You might hear a dog barking (although they usually only barks occasionally to protect the farm) and horses neig in the distance! 😍 No smoking inside the houses.
