It is also within walking distance to the popular Missouri Botanical Gardens. The local streets are usually bustling with pedestrians headed to or from our amazing Tower Grove park, and there is a small grocery shop, 2 amazing coffee shops and an excellent chicago style pizza joint within a few blocks. The local strip, south Grand is also a short walk away and is full of ethnic restaurants, shops of various types and a couple quaint bars. This is a great neighborhood to visit if you like to walk around. Kitchen Bright and open, pristine kitchen features a unique and sublime design. All cooking utensils, supplies and appliances are fully furnished. Workspace There are several workspaces present in this unit, with ethernet hardpoints and wifi. Bedrooms Both bedrooms have rather comfortable king size beds, and are fitted with white linens. The master bedroom on the main floor features a Dreamcloud premier and the lower level second bedroom sports a Puffy Lux. They are both hybrid type luxury mattresses that include springs for firmness and support and have soft memory foam tops. Several guests have commented that they are the most comfortable mattresses they have ever slept in. We wash linens in hot bleach water, surfaces are disinfected, & supplies for added tidying are provided. In addition, we also sanitize the space with Ozone between guests, when time allows. The master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and office are located on the main floor while the second bedroom, study and laundry area are situated on the lower level. Outdoor areas Completely secluded, secure and private side patio to enjoy your morning coffee or relaxed afternoon/evening. A patio table is present allowing for outside dining, along with large comfortable wicker furniture fitted with very comfy cushions. The patio garden is planted with ostrich ferns and paw paw saplings. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment, as well as a private side patio. Please respect our privacy, we live next door. Come and go as you please, self check-in at any time. Other things to note Noise/party policy: Due to a handful of guests throwing parties and/or being excessively loud, we've had to enact a strict no-party/excessive noise policy that may include a fine. If parties are held or guests are excessively noisy, there may be a fine of up to $500 charged to the offending party. While we hate to be such sticklers and want to be as welcoming as possible, we have found this rule has greatly helped deter parties/excessive noise, and ensures everyone's quiet enjoyment of the space. Additional guests may incur a fee of $25/guest. Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside.
