Tangles can’t be everything to every body but when it comes to location we are conveniently close walking distance from Sovereign Hill and we back onto a nature reserve with a walking track so nature is right at your back door. Best of all we are dog friendly so you can bring your best mate and he or she can have a holiday too. Our yard is secure and yes your fur baby can come inside. The space Listen to the sounds of Sovereign Hill and wake to the sounds of birdlife while enjoying overlooking bushland setting. Access to a lovely walking track and bike trail is by back gate entrance. Secure yard to bring your fur babies on holiday with you. Modern unit in superb central location dog bed ( one) and doggie bags and bowls provided. Decking outdoor table, egg swing chair and BBQ are all available . Blue tooth speaker , two split system one upstairs and one down stairs and central ceiling fan with additional fans in bedroom closets. Three bedrooms, one queen and two king singles , there is one bunk bed suitable for two small children in third bedroom . Free onsite parking and self check in What more could you need . Other things to note When considering value for money of my property please take into account all the things that has to be paid for to present this property as a bnb. Things such as the basics , tea , coffee , milk and toiletries. Then onto the larger items like cleaning , linen hire, booking fees , power and gas , even gas for the bbq. And of course there’s insurances, rates, water , body corporate fees and mortgage and yes tax too... all of your first night stay and a lot of the second night fee are taken up by these costs and it often leaves me questioning if it’s such a sound idea. So when rating the value for money side of your stay please consider all of this and the original set costs to furnish this unit and take into account I allow you to bring your fur babies too.
