Single room using wall FAN

The room can accommodate a single bed and is in a house in a subdivision. A mattress can be placed for another person in the far end of the room for those looking for a cheaper space for 2 or so at an additional price so long as you are fine using electric fan with a semi-open window for some night air. This may not be comfortable especially late in the morning and in the afternoon. Pls check Other things to note The space You will be living in a home environment with neighbors living quietly in a guarded subdivision. The house was hastily purchased initially for the owner's parents to include an extended family who experienced a dreadful calamity which they overcame eventually. Calamities do happen once or twice a year and the owners and other family members would visit the house during vacation thus leaving the house deserted 10 months or so each year. The owners hence decided after 2 years upon acquisition to have the house leased not just for additional income but to have people staying in it. Additional beautification and improvements/maintenance are being done now and then. A contact person is usually available in the extension house whenever guests are in the house. Pets are welcome but we will ask for a Php 1000.00 deposit per pet and stay just to be sure that we are dealing with responsible pet owners. We are limiting our booking so that it appears that we are fully-booked after three (3) months but maybe we are not. Just send us an inquiry since we want to make it most comfortable for all our upcoming guests thus making sure that our guests in the next three (3) months are well attended to. Please bear with us. Guest access There is a space for parking of two cars, at most, although the subdivision's road fronting the house can be used as well. - kitchen - living room - grilling area - a soon to be garden space A gas range will be provided for a maximum of 2 days of stay for free else, it will be at Php 20/day per pax for the gas consumption. During your stay A host Family member/s will be available who may be contacted in the provided contact details in the duration of the stay of the guest/s. Other things to note No alcohol drinking is allowed for the purposes that we are located in a subdivision and excessive consumption might create a disturbance with the neighbors. Long stays of 7 days or more would mean additional cost for the electricity for a guest and for 2 guests or more, there will be an additional cost for the electricity from the 2nd day onwards especially if other amenities are being used plus water, thus, there will be Php 50 additional per person per day. We shall discuss this thoroughly if desired since single guests may have other options for this though especially if only the room is being used. Below is the list of your breakfast ingredients for single guests (Php 150.00 per menu) which you have to get from the local hosts upon arrival after an advanced request (24 hours) to check the menu availability. Fruit in season will be added on top of the menu. Remember, you will cook the meal on your own at a provided gas burner. The menu is also applicable for a maximum of 2 days' purchase only (you might want to get a bulk order of the menu good for 5 days in advance) irregardless of the number of stay days as we will presume that you are already familiar of the places to go in 2 days' time. However, if you prefer not to cook, we will have your food delivered. Kindly choose your preference such as fish, pork, chicken, beef and vegetables and we will update you immediately for any concerns.
