Other things to note Dear Value guests & Friends , Regarding to the COVID-19 situation in Thailand now, we have to informed you that our pool and gyms/fitness are operating under conditions of registration at the juristic to prevent the spreading of the virus and to restrict with the government announcement policy. Operation hours is 06:00-22:00 hrs. We do apologies for this inconvenience caused conditions: 1. the Lease contract and agreement has to be made upon arrival as per Thai law requirement. 2. Allow us to notification of your residence and your information to Thai Immigration if you are foreigner as per Thai law requirements. 3. The rate is not included electric and water charge that the cost is 7THB per unit of electricity and 20THB per unit of water and pay on check-out date. 4. Also, up on check in, I may request for the deposit guaranteed at 3,000 THB by cash and I will return you back when checking out. 5. Cleaning service is not available./ Basic cleaning set is provided at the room. 6. The renters should follow the condominium rules. 7. As Thepsuda is working in another province of the accommodation but Warn (my sister and co-host here) will do the check in/out process and take care of you during your staying with us. Warn also have a permanent job as well. However, we both will try the best to respond on your request as fast as possible. Thank you for your understanding. My room is far from Pranungklao Bridge Skytrain Station about 10 minutes walk. However, the condominium has provided shuttle van during Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and public holiday) which depart from the condominium carpark every half an hour from 6:30-19:00 hrs. (During 9:30-15:30 hrs. will operate when have the passenger) and the return trip from the station will be 10 minutes after the departure time. The cost will be 15THB/trip, buy the ticket at the juristic office at 1st floor. 10Kg washing machine is provided at my room but if you require bigger machine there are the launderette at the 1 floor.
