Beautiful, comfortable apartment in the heart of old town Breckenridge. Three blocks from Main Street and all its shops and restaurants. One block to the free buses that take you to the lifts, downtown or to any place in central Breck. The space Our light filled 540 square foot condo is on the second floor of a small complex. It overlooks the slopes and is three blocks from downtown. There's a full kitchen with all of the equipment you need to cook a dinner for two. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room. Guest access You will have access to all of the space except for a small portion of the closet which we use to store some of our personal items. Other things to note This is in an apartment building where the floors are thin so quiet is key for you and the apartments above and below. There is a smart TV with basic cable and apps on the TV for Netflix, Youtube and many other options. The wifi name and password are located in the guide on the counter. The deposit is mainly there to be sure the parking pass is left when you check out. It costs us that much and it's a real hassle to get another one for the next guest too.
