Warehouse Style in Fitzroy!

Stay in Fitzroy's iconic Universal Theatre building. Boutique city-fringe living in wonderfully private surrounds. Live like a local close to fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. (our favourite for breakfast or lunch, Alimentari Deli is a 2 min walk!) A heartbeat away from Brunswick St, Carlton Gardens and 2 tram lines direct to the city. The space Our flat is an oversized warehouse apartment in the heart of fabulous Fitzroy. amazing natural light and all the amenities you will need.... Other things to note Firstly - absolutely NO parties. The building is residential and we ask that you respect the neighbours. We have had noise complaints in the past and have had to ask people to leave. The neighbours have our number and WILL call... so please - if you are looking for somewhere to party (or play loud music) this is not the place for you! Please note - the photos in the pictures vary slightly from what you will find when you arrive. We now have a larger dining table which seats 6 - 8 people. There are some slight furnishing changes and there is a 55" TV in the living room. we don't have a DVD player as everything is pretty much on Netflix! We DO have Apple TV. Also - there are some bars on Johnston street, behind our building which can be a little noisy in the evenings if people are in courtyards...... nothing outrageous, but there's community nightlife going on, so please just be aware of that.
