Classy & cozy 1 bedroom garden apartment in an original Chicago workers cottage (built in 1894) on a tree lined Bucktown street. Five minute walk to the 'L' train (blueline) with a quick commute to downtown or O'hare. Walking distance to some of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago including Logan Square and Wicker Park. We live upstairs and are happy to customize travel plans for you upon request. We'll also send a list of our favorite neighborhood restaurants, bars, things to do, etc. The space All bedding is 100% cotton and beds are topped with down comforters. Coffee bar is fully stocked with Keurig coffees and Kind granola bars. Aveda shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. For families traveling with children, we have a pack 'n play, high chair, toys, etc. available if needed. Guest access Laundry room, backyard garden Other things to note We live upstairs with two small children who can be noisy between 8am and 7pm. The sound insulation is poor and might disturb light or late sleepers. Street parking readily available; no permit required. Street cleaning once per month but signage will be clear.
