Big sunshiny room in a new house near Tier Park

We offer a room in our beautiful newly built house with a small garden. The house is in a residential area very close to the Tier Park Berlin. The Sbahn station is about 10 min walk away, with the central train lines that go through the entire central Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Warschauerstr., Friedrickstr., Main Station. The bathroom is shared with other guests. *** NOTE The house is 40 mins from the city. If you just want to be in the city center please Do Not book! The space There is a 140m bed in the room that fits up to 2 people. We provide 2 single blankets, 2 pillows, fresh bed sheets and towels when you (2 people) arrive. The pillows are the soft kind (German style), if you are not used to this kind, please ask us to change the pillow. There are some plants in the room. You are not asked to water them, but if you see them getting too dry, please notify us. If you are allergic to plants, please inform us before hand so we can move them out of the room before you arrive. Guest access The living room and kitchen are not shared, and not part of the rent. Since the kitchen is not part of the rent, please don't include it in your review. THE GUEST BATHROOM IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO DOWN THE STAIRS. The guest bathroom is shared among guests. During your stay Both of us work full time and have little time to socialise, especially during the week. Please don't take it personal when we can't socialise with you. Nonetheless, we are available if you have any question. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We have a young child who sleeps with us in our bedroom 1 floor above the guest rooms. You might hear him in the morning. It's a new house, finished up in 12.2017, hence please treat the space (especially the wooden floor and the wall) nicely. It is possible to check in early in the morning, but the room might not be ready if the previous guests have not left yet.
