Simple and pleasant

The house is located in the expansion of Mitzpe Avirim, an amazing place, full of greenery and nature. In the area there are many hiking trails for children and adults. We are a family with 3 young children, there are many toys and a pampering yard that includes a trampoline, a geodesic dome for climbing, an Intex pool, an outdoor shower with hot water (the most fun, especially at night) and a gas barbecue. On the roof of the house there is a beautiful view and a seating area, also worth seeing stars at night. We have a cute cat, when we're home he's often inside but he can stay outside too. Tends to come in if he finds a way:) You have to give him food 3 times a day (not hard at all) The space In the house there is a master bedroom + master bathroom and shower, a children's bedroom that includes 3 children's beds, in addition to a spacious living room and kitchen (including a sofa bed and a single bed) and a yard and of course a forest that surrounds the house.. There's another half room (study) that will be locked for our personal belongings.
