Fern Hill

We live on 10 acres in Willow Vale. This neighbourhood is a little hidden paradise only 25 minutes drive from the Gold Coast beaches and Surfers Paradise and 40 minutes drive to Brisbane. We are 10 minutes away from Dream World, Movie World and Wet n Wild. Four of the top golf courses are on our doorstep and fine dining is available at Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove just a 15 minute drive. It is a ten minutes drive from Coomera Indoor Sports Centre. We are part of the Gold Coast Hinterland and just 20 minutes from the famous Mount Tamborine. You will wake up in the morning with the overwhelming sound of birdsong and enjoy our panoramic views with our very tame ponies grazing in the paddock as well as some Wallabies. This is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace and tranquility. Guests can leisure at the pool while soaking up the sun and views or enjoy a Barbecue on the deck. We can also arrange a leisure evening around the fire pit while enjoying our amazing starlit skies. There is a private under cover parking and private access to the guesthouse house via a staircase. We have unlimited Wi Fi and cable Tv is available. The space We live in a quiet part of the Gold Coast, surrounded by forest and mountain range. Guest access We have a beautiful paddock with horses and ponies and a pond feel free to walk down and pat or give the horses some apples or carrots they are very friendly and tame. Other things to note We will charge a once off cleaning fee.
