Your room and my room are separated by the living room, so each of us will have privacy. Your spacious 11' x 13' room is furnished with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The window faces the huge back yard. A desk for reading and writing is provided. There is a luggage rack as well as a spacious closet. A bed bench, full-length mirror and fluffy robe are also provided for your comfort and convenience. A smart TV is in your room, so you will have access to DirecTV, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. Your private bathroom has a full-size tub and a shower with a hand-held shower head. Soap, shampoo & conditioner and a hair dryer are supplied. Complimentary coffee, tea, decaf, apple cider and hot chocolate are offered to guests. Please note that there is no cooking in this Airbnb. You may, however, use the toaster and microwave as well as the Keurig. During your stay I have several piano students who come for lessons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, so my availability may be limited during those hours. Otherwise, I am available most of the time either in person or by phone to answer questions you may have and to recommend places to visit and things to do. I am friendly and cordial, but not a chatterbox, so socializing with my guests will be kept to a minimum to exercise mutual respect & privacy. Other things to note Check-In is between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. NOTE TO GUESTS WHO REQUEST EARLY CHECK-IN: Travel plans don’t always coordinate time-wise, and guests sometimes request early check-in. Early check-in may be convenient for the guest, but for the host, it is likely very inconvenient, especially if the guest is checking in on the same day a guest is checking out. For this reason, guests who request early check-in will be charged $30 for this service, payable in advance of check-in. The guest room, the guest bathroom and the common areas in the house will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival using products and cleaning methods recommended by both the CDC and AirBnB.com. Linens (sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, mattress pad and towels) will be laundered utilizing the “Sanitary” setting on the washer, and Lysol Laundry Sanitizer will be added. If you are a guest who prefers to bring her own bedding and/or towels, please so advise prior to your arrival. Hand sanitizer is provided for your convenience. In the kitchen, you may use the refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Sorry, but the dishwasher and the washer & dryer are not available to guests. Please, no candle-burning.
