Villa Csipak is our enjoyable Guesthouse, located in the very heart of Rovinj. We offer cosy, fully-equipped rooms & studio apartments only 500 meters away from the Old Town, city harbour, and bus station. The nearby beaches are at no more than a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there is a supermarket and a restaurant right at the corner. If you come by car, we offer free parking on our premises upon request. We speak several languages, and your questions are always welcome! The space Our "Studio Lavanda" is a luminous studio-apartment that consists of a bedroom with a Double Bed (160 x 200 cm), and a living room with a Sofa Bed (120 x 190 cm). It also features private bathroom and balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It is very spacious for 2 people, and can also host till 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 little children comfortably. Guest access As we have limited parking space available, guests who come by car must request upon booking if they want us to reserve a parking spot for them in our premises. Otherwise, the place might be given to other guests. Our guests can sit in our garden and enjoy our hammocks if they wish so! Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: Although our Cancellation Policy is Moderate , we commit ourselves to giving a full refund of the accommodation fees in case changes in the official rules related to the current COVID-19 situation impair our future guests to come to Croatia. Airbnb service fees are not on our hands though, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for them. In Villa Csipak, we care for our guests, their health and their safety. Therefore, we follow both Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the recommendations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health for hotels and renters. Here are a few highlights: o We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. o We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. o We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. o We wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended. o We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. o We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
