Suite room with a kitchen and bathroom within just 2 minutes of walk from the Boudhanath Stupa. The bedroom and kitchen are partitioned and a mini terrace is also available. Generally arranged for 2 people, extra beds can be added to accommodate more people with a slight increase in price. Modern kitchen with kitchen equipments and electronics, a dining table and a furnished bedroom with TV and a mini sofa are all included. The suite room is basically a large room which is partitioned into two regular sized rooms (the bedroom and the kitchen) and one bathroom. There is a mini terrace just outside the room. For privacy concerns, the rooms are located on the third floor of the building. Best part of the place is that it is located at the residential part of the area. So it is quite peaceful as it is does not get a huge crowd and big automobiles. The guests will be provided with their own place with a shared terrace. Even though this is a hotel, we maintain a very peaceful environment. In the ground floor, we have a backyard space with a garden with an artificial water pond and some sitting area. Feel free to read a book or surf through the internet as you relax in the garden and listen to the sound of running water. I, myself, will be available at the property and will help the guests in every way that I can. I respect their privacy but if my guests need someone to talk to I will by readily available. The neighborhood lies in Boudhanath area where the famous Boudhanath Stupa, one of UNESCO World Heritage treasures, is located. Just almost 2 mins walk from the stupa, our hotel is built at a place where it is quite peaceful and the Boudha Stupa doesn't lie far either. The location was handpicked by the owners so that guests can have their peaceful space without having to cover long distances to some remote areas. The hotel is very close to the main road and the Boudha stupa. The main road is just a walk of a minute or two from the hotel. You will have no problem getting in and around the hotel. You do not have to worry about dark alleys or any risky areas when you're traveling late at night. The place is easily accessible by taxis and private cars. The area is quite peaceful and as for security, the hotel has CCTV surveillance as well as 24 hour security. Charges for laundry, once a week, are included in the price. Room cleaning, once a week, is also included in the price. Along with the cleaning, bedsheets and towels are replaced by fresh ones. The guests can also request room cleaning and laundry more than their corresponding times a week by providing some extra tip to the cleaners.
