We look forward to hosting you! The space Your room is a separate, self-contained guest suite with its own private entrance and no connection to the rest of the house. Spanning about 24 square meters, the space is bright and modern, featuring large windows that open toward the garden. Located directly next to Mauerpark on the historic former border strip, you will stay in a peaceful, green oasis in the heart of Berlin. You also have access to a small private garden area. The private bathroom is functional but very compact, designed as a wet room with an open walk-in shower, toilet, and a mini-sink. For your convenience, the room includes a coffee machine, kettle, and dishes for two. While there is no kitchen, the vibrant local neighborhood offers countless restaurants and cafés. A small desk overlooking the garden, fresh linens, and a hairdryer are provided to make your stay comfortable. Guest access The room has its own private entrance and is not connected to the other rooms of the house. Feel free to enjoy and use the garden anytime. During your stay Enjoy the peace of your private Art Suite. While we live and work in the same building, we fully respect your privacy – your space is entirely self-contained, allowing for total independence. As your room has direct access to the shared garden, we might cross paths there occasionally. We use the outdoor space as well but always make sure to respect your privacy so you can enjoy your time outside undisturbed. If you have any questions or need a local tip, we are usually available and happy to help; otherwise, we’ll stay discreetly in the background.
