Only 8km to Kothamangalam town, 38km to Kochi International Airport and 42km to Aluva Railway station. Other things to note Guests are responsible for not disturbing neighbours normal life, not causing any damage to the property and obey the local government laws. It is our policy that we do not accept booking from UNMARRIED COUPLES, so please unmarried couples do not book our place - NO CHECK IN WILL BE ALLOWED. However this is not mandatory for FOREIGNERS. A "Know your guest" form required to be filled upon your check in, as per regulatory requirements, foreigners must produce copy of passport and visa, govt issued ID for Indian nationals.
