Located in the quiet and charming Beach Camp neighborhood, on the Port San Juan, our home is your launching point for fishing, kayaking, surfing, beachcombing, hiking or simply relaxing. The space Oceanview, 2 minute walk to the beach Quiet neighborhood "Beach Camp" 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1, has a king sized bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bunk bed that can sleep 4 (2 adults) Please note, the top bunk is not suitable for young children. Full bathroom with tub and shower 1/2 bathroom with toilet and sink and new outdoor shower! Full sized kitchen, with dishwasher & microwave; with all the kitchen essentials Full size washer and dryer Electric heat and wood-stove TV with Roku Express streaming media player. Bring your own logins for Netflix, Amazon etc. (no cable) Starlink Wifi - excellent high speed Back yard with fire pit; wood supplied and NEW SAUNA & OUTDOOR SHOWER! The property has a smaller cottage as well, which can be rented together with the house for larger groups. Guest access Private driveway for guests. Property has a small secondary cottage, separated by a fence, there is no shared space. The Please be respectful of noise by-laws after 10:00PM. Other things to note Long walks on the beach, exploring the tide pools at botanical beach, eating out at the many local restaurants, or grabbing a takeout pizza from Piero Pizza right at Beach Camp! Lizard lake is a 20 minute drive away, and you can swim in warm water and catch lizards if you dare! Or hire a fishing charter and spend the day catching Ling Cod, Salmon, and Halibut.
