This is a private rental of an old house that has been renovated to suit modern life while retaining the tasteful space of a townhouse built about 80 years ago. Limited to one group per day, so there is no contact with other guests. Enjoy a more elegant and luxurious time than usual while relaxing in Izumo, a folk art town. It is a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Izumo City Station, and has good access to Izumo Taisha Shrine, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Dishes are made of Shimane pottery. The Izumi-gama and Yumachi-gama pottery are famous throughout the country as folk crafts. 2nd floor bedroom It is an open space with high ceilings and no doors or partitions. Two semi-double beds are available. If you are using it for 3 or more people, we will lay futons in the same room. Highlights include vintage furniture by leading Nordic designers and dynamic beams that remain as they were when the building was built. * There is no dedicated parking lot for the accommodation. We inform guests about nearby coin parking lots in a message. * We offer guests a "stay like you live" experience. That's why there are no staff on duty. * Please contact us before booking if you are using it for commercial or business purposes. * For guests who are minors, a parental consent form must be submitted before the stay. * One bath towel and face towel will be provided per person even for consecutive nights. No smoking in the accommodation. Please refrain from using e-cigarettes. About bathing. The accommodation only has a shower booth, no bathtub. There is a hot spring bathing facility called [Ranpu no Yu] about 10 minutes away on foot.
