Please ask about pet friendly apartments that we do have available. Reservations made for 30+ days will be charged $120 cleaning fee. No smoking. $350 smoking fee will be applied to any guests who smoke within the apartment, to include vape products!!! There will be a minimum $50 fee for lost keys/replacement or lockouts. No parties or loud noise. There are other apartments within this home and we expect all of our guests to be respectful of each other. If at any point during a reservation the police are called due to a noise complaint or damages to the apartment we will immediately cancel the reservation and no refund will be given.
