Come enjoy our multi-level waterfront house on Cedar Creek Lake - a quiet retreat or family fun. Sit on the back porch & watch the sunrise or watch the kids swim, fish & kayak. 3 bedrooms & 1 bunk room; a cozy living room of windows overlooks the lake; separate TV room watching or games; dining room; large kitchen & breakfast nook. Bunk room has plenty of space for kids to play while adults visit in the living room. Kayaks, paddleboard, canoe, and fishing gear for guests. The space Located 60 miles southeast of Dallas, Enchanted Cove is like a BnB on water. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, a panoramic view of Cedar Creek lakefront water awaits you and your loved ones. We're thrilled to have you experience the back porch for sunrises, grilling out, enjoying the Texas stars at the fire pit, and more. We have 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, 1 canoe, fishing gear, and a wide variety of life jackets available for use during your stay. You're only a 3 mile drive to Gun Barrel City for groceries, and restaurants, and only 25 miles from Canton & its world-famous First Mondays. Inside our multi-level home, there is a variety of spaces to spread out or enjoy one another around the dining room table, breakfast nook, the living room, TV room (w 55in Vizio HD), or bunk room. Please note we have short stair steps that go into different parts of the house, but all steps have handrails posted for those who need assistance. Space Specifics: Kitchen has (silverware/dishware) for 10 guests & stocked with major kitchen bakeware & supplies, drip coffee maker, 1 Keurig, bbque grill tools Bar area: Wine, beer, cocktail glasses Breakfast nook seats 6 Kitchen island seats 2 Dining room table seats 8 Primary bath has shower and separate tub Guest bath has bathtub/shower TV room (cable provided) can be closed off for noise reduction (movie watching, etc) and optimal common space for additional sleeping space (sofa) Bunk room beds are all twin size mattresses/sofa/futon is large twin Large grill (we provide the propane) Fire pit-welcome to use what wood is available, but recommend bringing a few fire starter logs. Outdoor seating on porch; table and chairs on boathouse deck; additional outdoor chairs for fire pit, etc. AIRBNB SECURITY DEPOSIT FYI- This will NOT be deducted from your account at time of payment. Your 'account info' is held by Airbnb up to 7 days after check out. You're only charged if there is a request due to damage through the AIRBNB resolution center. We have never had to actually use a guests deposit and we don't intend to. It is only for security measures. Our standard check in is 4:00pm and check out is 12:00pm. However, we will accommodate your needs as long as the times don't overlap with other scheduled check-in times or housekeeping. Just contact us if you have special time requests and we'll be as flexible as we can. Other things to note During the winter season, you are welcome to use the indoor fireplace, but only fire starter logs. You will need to provide (3-4 hour logs). If you forget to bring, Lowe's or Walmart has them (app. 3 miles).
