“CLEAN AS YOU GO” MELIA’S FAMILY HOUSE IN TAGAYTAY is a whole house staycation good for 13 persons maximum. The house has 5 bedrooms, with a total of 10 beds for guests use, consisting of single beds, double beds and floor mattress beds. There are a total of 3 private bathrooms. The other areas such as the parking garage, living room, kitchen and others, are all common areas inside/around the house that guests can use during their stay. The space MELIA’S FAMILY HOUSE is one of the private houses located in Tagaytay. This is a perfect house for friends, family or anyone who simply wants to get away from the city and live with nature while at the same time be near to the known tourist spots, for example the famous Taal Lake and Taal Volcano and restaurants that are famed for housing known Filipino foods and Tagaytay’s famous delicacies, which makes Tagaytay a popular tourist destination. An overview, Tagaytay is one of the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines due to its cool climate, cool breeze and a chance for one to see the breathtaking view of the Taal Volcano and Taal Lake which is considered as one of the iconic views in the Philippines. Tagaytay is in the province of Cavite, Philippines and is a popular holiday/vacation place south of Manila on the Philippine island of Luzon. For the guests, 9 guests will be accommodated by the beds in the house, but 4 guests will be sleeping on the floor mattresses (foldable bed foams) complete with bed sheets, blankets and pillows. Please inform us on this while booking so we can see what we can do about it and we’ll be prepared as well. [GARAGE] The house has a garage for guests bringing cars, with this you can save on parking fees. [1ST FLOOR] The first floor has a 1 cozy living room, 1 private room with a sliding door, 2 tables for the dining room, 2 kitchens for cooking and preparing food, 1 bathroom, 1 private room for the driver. [SECOND FLOOR] The second floor has the 3 private rooms available for use, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with TV. [THIRD FLOOR/ROOFTOP] The third floor has a rooftop, with table and chairs for use. Up there the guests can enjoy eating under the stars, having drinks and just having a good time. Guests can expect privacy from the private rooms as they have locked doors for added security. The whole house is all yours once booked, you don’t have any more guests sharing with you. Guest access The garage is free to use if our guests are bringing cars. There’s also a mini garden in front of the house just side of the garage, that is also accessible to guests, one can walk around that area and just appreciate the nature and the breeze. Other things to note This is a private house, not a hotel or resort, so please keep the house and the spaces as clean and as orderly as possible.
