Hillside Haven welcomes you to share our rich history, heirlooms, and antiques. We are only minutes from downtown Chillicothe. Beautiful pasture with sunsets and sunrise. Relax on the patio. Large kitchen is available. We are surrounded by seven state parks including the World Heritage Center and Hopewell. Chillicothe is also home to Tecumseh and The Chillicothe Paints baseball team. Base price is based on 1 person limited to 4 guests. Bedrooms are key coded. Plenty of space to relax. There is a covered patio on the front and a patio with a fire pit. Pets including dogs, cats and cattle do live on farm. Overnight guest total must be registered prior to arrival and must match Airbnb #s. Unregistered guests are trespassers. Designating Smoking areas provided outside only. $150 cleanup fee for smoke cleanup assessed. Kitchen is fully stocked and does have stainless steel pans (our preference for cooking gear) and plenty of kitchen utensils. We also have a built-in dishwasher for guest convenience. Washer and dryer can be found on the first floor. Great retreat for hunters visiting the state hunting land. All guests must be registered through Airbnb. All registration details and guest numbers must be finalized prior to admittance. Check-in begins at 4:00 and Checkout is at 11:00. Additional fees will apply for late checkouts. Guest access Home was built with 36" doors, wide hallway, and only one step to enter from patio of home. One parking space is located at from entrance for those who may have trouble walking. Many tourist attractions within a 7-mile radius ranging from the Hopewell Culture Indian Mounds, Tecumseh Outdoor Theater, Paints Baseball, Dogwood Pass Western Town, The Historical Majestic Theatre, antiquing, shopping and much more. During your stay Keurig Coffee is provided. There is plenty of space to enjoy and relax in a beautiful country heritage. Each room is spacious and private. We are set up to provide you with as much privacy and quiet time as you need. All bedrooms are key coded.
