Located in a private subdivision near Pagadian city airport,very secure area with 24 hrs security guard, very clean and quiet area. The house has 3 bedrooms fully airconditioned. Master's bedroom located downstairs with ensuite hot/cold shower and upstairs bedroom all air conditioned with shared bathrooms.Living area is fully airconditioned with 42 inches smart tv and cable . We have a private van that can be hire daily if guests required. The space The asking price is for the entire house rate and will provide to 5 persons sleeping needs but renter can accept additional people staying or visiting but will limit to 6 persons only at least. Will charge 500 pesos each after 5 guests per day Guest access The guest has all access in a fully equipped kitchen with 2 burner gas stove , electric kettle, microwave/oven, fridge, hot & cold water dispenser and cooking utensils.Guest can also experienced a nice view at the veranda .
