The space Guests have full access to all spaces in the rental. This is a fully furnished efficiency apartment with the privacy you are looking for. Guest access The apartment is all inclusive, one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, deck, private entrance and off street designated parking. The A/C and heat is also controlled by the guest. This is your Cozy Get Away!! Other things to note The apartment will only accommodate 2 guests. Pets (2 max) are allowed and only under 20lbs. Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the apartment.
