This 3BR, 2.5BA, 1445 SFT Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 1 on the 2nd floor. This unit offers 2 queen and 1 king size bed. Cable & Wi-Fi available. All Pointe buildings have an elevator and has a coded entry for security. The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod. All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included. Living area also has seating for 7 and has a dining table that seats 6. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months. Guest access All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. There is a Dollar General Marketplace close to the Subdivision entrance for any last-minute needs.
