Small 45 m2 home renovated in 2021. Pets allowed (outside of the home is closed). WiFi (fiber). No smoking inside :). The space - Kitchen: Microwave, oven, induction cooktop (x2), fridge, coffee machine (L'Or capsule) - Living Room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV - Bedroom: Queen bed, TV - Bathroom: Large shower (1.20 x 0.80), washing machine (9 kg) - Exterior: Terrace (40 m2) with garden furniture and double deckchair (when the weather is nice☀️) Grassy area (200 m2) Enclosed land - Bed linens and dish towels provided. - Bath towels are provided for long stays (5 days minimum). Guest access Access to the entire house. We just reserve the garage for storage. Other things to note - Gouville-sur-Mer market on Fridays (and Mondays in summer) - 5 min from Agon-Coutainville (market on Saturdays, and Tuesdays in summer) - 10 min from Coutances (Jazz) - 30 min to Granville and Barneville-Carteret - 45 minutes from the D-Day Landing beaches - 1 hour from Mt Saint Michel and Cherbourg
