This guesthouse is a renovated traditional Japanese house reminiscent of a ninja residence. Please relax and enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of old Japan. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Tokoname Station (2 stations from the airport) and a convenience store is a few steps away. Rinku Beach, Costco, and Aeon Wall is within 5 minutes by car. There are no hills on the way to the guesthouse, so you can feel at ease even with large luggage. The space •This room will be rented exclusively for you, so there will be no other guests staying [Guest Rooms] The number of rooms available depends on the number of guests staying. ■ 1–5 Guests 1st Floor: Green tea Room 2nd Floor: Geisha Room ■ 6–8 Guests Add 2nd Floor: Ninjya's Hidden Room ■ 9–12 Guests Add 2nd Floor: Take-Andon (Bamboo Lantern) Room Rooms located in the hatched (diagonally shaded) areas on the floor plan will be prepared for your stay. Rooms that are locked are not available. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The shower, washroom, and toilets have been renovated with the latest facilities. Guest room floors are tatami, and thick mattresses are used with the futon bedding for added comfort. The dryer is unavailable from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you need to use it, please do so outside of these hours. A guest refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster are located in front of the kitchen. [About Tableware] Tableware in the shared space is also available. After using, please wash the dishes at the sink in front of the restroom using the “dishwashing set” provided in the hallway. Once washed, kindly dry them with a dishcloth and return them to the shelf. Guest access -The room in the center of the 1st floor on the photo page is covered with pure gold leaf（Golden Room), so to prevent damage, it cannot be reserved for a group. Other things to note An on-site rice ball (omusubi) shop, CHOUWA, open in the kitchen on the 1st floor. Business hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Closed: Irregular holidays Restaurant Operator’s On-site Hours 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including preparation and cleanup time) Lunch and breakfast can also be arranged inside the guesthouse. Breakfast reservations are required upon consultation.) 【Important Notice for Guests Requesting Consecutive-night Private Booking】 For consecutive-night private booking, please note that food and beverage staff may enter the property during your stay. They enter and exit through hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet to kitchen within hotel facility (staff will use separate toilet). Please see picture of Diagram.(Privacy of guests staying overnight is ensured). It's take-out service as a shop, but you can order and they will prepare in the living room. Thank you for your understanding before making your reservation. -As it is an old house, the ceiling is lower and some door is smaller, so please watch your head . -The stairs are steep, but it's short. Every another single steps are bit rattle, but its because of its structure and it's safe. -Check-in is between 3-8pm. We will ask you for self check in if you'll arrive later. We won't accept arrival after 10pm. Also, please be quite as much as possible if you need to go out late at night. Please understand our quite neighbors area and consider to other guests. Thank you for your corporation! -You can leave your luggage from 12 pm on the day before check in. However, there is no staff, so please open the entrance and put it inside by the door by yourself. -Tokoname City accommodation tax starts on January 6th 2025. A 200 yen charge per person per night will be included in the payment amount when you make your reservation. -If you have delivery, please receive it yourself during your stay. There is a FamilyMart nearby, so if you would like to deliver before your visit, you could arrange your delivery address to [Family Mart Tokoname Sakamachi Store/常滑栄町店] this service is not for all delivery companies.
