My apartment is located in the heart of downtown; the Zsolnay quarter, the Tudás and Kodály center, the Law University, and the center of Pécs are within a 5-10 minute walk. The equipment is simple but practical, with a retro feel. There are hangers and shelves in the cabinets. Motion sensor and small night lights and chandeliers provide the lighting. I highly recommend the Heureka Apartment if you are coming with your Family or Friends, but it is also ideal for Couples, 1 person. For a few hours. The space The apartment, at the end of the 4-step corridor, opens from the left. To the right of the hallway, two rooms opening into each other await guests, which can be separated or folded with a door when booking 3-4 people. One room has a single bed and a double bed, the other room has a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped, fridge, microwave, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, spices, so there is also the possibility to cook. In the sanitary room (shower and toilet together) hair dryer, soap, shower gel, toiletries, towel(s) are provided. Washing machine and iron are also available. You can find more information under OTHER INFORMATION. Guest access The entire area of the apartment and the balcony terrace in the garden. Other things to note - Wifi for free. - The Tourist Tax is payable on site upon arrival! (600 HUF/person/night) Not included in the reservation price. - Only paying guests can stay in the apartment. - The accommodation is NOT suitable for house parties, additional business activities are NOT allowed in the apartment. For friendly gatherings, I recommend the nightclubs nearby. - Transfer can be arranged, one trip is 1500 HUF within the city. - On-site, refreshing MASSAGE service is available (for an extra fee) - there is NO RECEPTION at the accommodation * In case of individual check-in, I will send the key safe code via message on the day of your arrival. *If you want me to personally let you in and introduce you to the apartment, we will coordinate your arrival time in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience. - On the day of checkout, by prior arrangement, you can leave the accommodation later than 10am.(the final time is 12:00 pm, then I can provide the apartment with a 50% surcharge) - charging an electric car, 200 meters from the accommodation - Smoking only in the designated area!!!!
