Our quaint cabin is in downtown Blowing Rock. Just one block from the shops and restaurants of downtown. Stroll the town streets and visit the historic Mayview Park or enjoy the Blowing Rock Horse Show Grounds and Moses Cone Park. Walking trails & hiking abound. Just a short drive to Appalachian State University and Tanger Outlets. Your choice of ski slopes - close to everything! Our place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families. Kick your feet up, y'all! The space The interior doors, bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets are custom made from pine. Cabin has 2 very old treasured stained glass windows. It also has soaring wood ceilings. Enjoy the stone fireplace with gas logs controlled by remote. Large loft for extra sleeping. Covered front porch and back porch to enjoy your coffee, read a book or simply bird watch. The cabin is absolutely perfect for a couple, ideal for four and but six is a full house. The two bedrooms have full sized beds and the large sleeping loft has two twin beds. Kids and adults alike love the loft area. Upstairs in addition to the two beds there is a study area with a rocking chair, great for rocking that baby to sleep and a recliner handy when you fall asleep reading your book. PLEASE, no smoking on the property. Guest access Full amenities include a fully functioning kitchen complete with dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils and silverware. No dishwasher.
