The Welcoming Woods

Enjoy the quiet of the woods as you relax in your private space. The studio is minutes away from downtown Media where you can enjoy the shops & restaurants on State St or take a 20 minute ride into Philadelphia. Attractions include Tyler Arboretum, Ridley Creek State Park,Longwood Gardens,Linvilla Orchards & local wineries in Brandywine & Chadds Ford PA. The woods are waiting to welcome you! The space PLEASE NOTE - THE HOT TUB’S AVAILABILITY IS DEPENDENT ON SEASON/WEATHER. Please inquire when booking Enjoy nature at its best under a summer canopy of tall trees... you have access to the backyard, the hammock and gas grill . A fire pit has been added! There is guest parking in our driveway, designated by a guest parking sign. The guest studio is separated from the main home by a breezeway. We are available as needed to offer suggestions or answer questions; otherwise we respect our guests’ privacy as you come and go as you please. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a two burner cooktop, a toaster oven, a microwave and a keurig. There are a few light snacks, k cups and tea bags, and a water cooler (dispenses chilled and boiled water.) The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware and drink ware as well. There is a leaf for the dining table; it is under the foot of the bed Tablecloths provided. There are beach towels and slippers for hot tub use (when the hot tub is available.) There is a dispenser in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste and mouthwash are provide in case you’ve forgotten. Alexa on Echo Dot is available to assist you! For additional privacy we’ve added pleated blinds to existing window treatments as requested
