Welcome to the Marjeanerie gîte! It is with joy that we welcome you for a stress-free stay, away from the city and in the heart of nature. Come and recharge your batteries, and discover the Drome des Collines, the Palais idéal du Facteur Cheval, the Wine Route... You will stay in a charming house in a fully fenced park. The decor is contemporary and warm. The fenced park gives you access to the swimming pool and Nordic bath (extra charge) The space The house is modular, and designed for a maximum of 11 people. We live on the property, everyone is independent with shared parking. The entrance serves the kitchen, opens onto the garden with bay windows. The kitchen overlooks the living room with a glass wall. Everything is there for cooking: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker with grinder, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. All cooking utensils are provided as well as food essentials such as oil, pepper, salt, coffee, tea etc... There is a sofa bed in the living room, intended for daily sleeping. The living room also overlooks the park with bay windows. The "Rêveries" bedroom as well as a toilet and a shower room complete this level. On the 1 st floor you will find a sitting area with futon sofa bed, a large private bedroom in the style of an "African lodge", a contemporary shower room, a toilet and a private sauna. In the park is the forest room with its shower and toilet area. This one has been completely isolated, restructured and air-conditioned at the end of 2024. The sauna is reserved for you, you just have to let us know if you want to use it to get started. The pool is open under the responsibility of adults with hours of use, it is solar heated. It is fenced, up to standards, for the safety of small children. The park and vegetable garden are fully accessible to you. The Nordic bath (jacuzzi) is accessible with a surcharge of €80 per session by notifying us 48 hours in advance (wood heated). It is specially designed for winter or off-season summer. Guest access To get to the house from the A7 highway: - Exit at Chanas or Tain l Hermitage (20 minutes) - In Saint Donat sur l'Herbasse, follow the direction of Châteauneuf-de-Galaure and turn right about 2 kilometers after a bridge towards Baternay. Go straight, Pass by the stud farm which will be on your left then it is the second road on the left The house is the first on the left with a green gate.
