This room has a lovely view of Central Lakes Park. It is a warm and bright space which catches the morning sun. Private, quiet and clean with a very comfy bed, air conditioner & wifi available. The space This is a lovely, clean, modern space, separate from the rest of the house. Your privacy being key factor of this room. Shared bathroom and toilet. 5 minute walk from Caboolture Hospital and Central Lakes shopping precinct. QUT/TAFE & Caboolture airfield 5 min drive. Train station 20min walk or 3min uber ride. The house is very large and ensures everyone has plenty of space. Guest access You will have access to shared bathroom, toilet/powder room, off the street parking if needed. Kitchen and appliances are available for food preparation. Guests fridge available and use microwave, jug, toaster, utensils, plates and cups. Washing machine use charged at $5.00 per load, or else laundry mat close by. During your stay Your hosts Shauna and Fred are friendly, peacful and happy to have a chat or provide any info required about the local area and getting around. They are also respectful of your privacy. Other things to note Note a second guest can be provided for by means of a made up mattress on the floor. Breakfast is not provided but guests are welcome to put supplies in the guest fridge and use house utensils and small appliances (full use of kitchen only provided to bookings of more than a few days). Washing machine and clothes line provided at $5/load.
