The apartment is located one street back and just a 200m walk to the uncrowded beach where long beach walks, fishing and good surfing await! The town centre is just 1km away and a flat 10min walk on a lovely beachfront path, where you'll find cafes, shops and restaurants. Significant discounts for weekly and monthly stays. The space The spacious apartment is all on one ground level, with living, dining and kitchen areas opening to a courtyard with outdoor dining, pergola and herb garden. There is a separate guest side access to the property and parking at the front. The laundry is a shared area but seldom used by hosts as they have a separate laundry in their upstairs area. The fully enclosed courtyard is a shared space and may be accessed by the owner for maintenance however it will mostly be for your exclusive use. Guest access Access is to the ground floor guest apartment only. The Hosts live upstairs and their access is from the front door and garage. There is a separate guest side access to the property and parking at the front. Guests have access to the courtyard, pergola and garden. The side access gate can be locked by the guests. Other things to note Essentials such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper and coffee/tea and milk are provided for short 3-4 day stays.
