You can easily access any part of the city in less than 5-15 minutes and is quite convenient for families, corporate executives and couples who would love to explore Kochi and its surroundings. Families are welcome. Check in: 2pm Check out : 10 am The space This condo is brand new , modern and trendy as per the demands of the modern traveler. Elegant in its design, relaxed in its ambience, this condo will provide you the calm, serene atmosphere and rest after a hectic day, be it travel, work or as a tourist. This condo is fitted with all modern amenities for a peaceful stay. Two queen size beds, allows comfortable stay for a family of 4 adults, or 2 adults / 2 children. We do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check in . This is at full discretion of the condo management. No refund is applicable if the check in is denied under such circumstances. However, if you consider you do not fall under the above category and would want to be considered, please message us and we will get back to you. The condo is furnished with contemporary style furnishing, it also boasts a fully usable kitchen and a large size balcony. The balcony gives you a view of the quite neighborhood with private residences all around and a very popular higher secondary school - Bhavans Vidya Mandir. Guest access Guests have access to the parking, lift / lobby area, and the condo rented. The building is under CCTV surveillance and security is available 24 X 7. Other things to note Guests who book this property have to follow the following guidelines. Please note that 1) Check in : after 2 pm Check out : before 10 am 2) Visitors n guests will not be permitted into the premises. Quite time is enforced between 10 pm to 6 am daily. 3) You many contact Alex Antony for check-in and general guidance. We allow maximum of 4 guests into the premises. Any additional guest will pay Rs.1500 per nite without an additional bed. 4) The unit has to be returned back to us as we give it to you. It should be cleaned and waste should be segregated as per the house policy. Damage to property will attract additional charges. All linen should be returned stain free. Please follow all instructions pertaining to upkeep of the place. 5) Smoking & Partying is strictly not allowed in the premises. 6) Please be informed that this is my HOME that is being rented to you for your stay. Treat it as your own HOME 7) All booked guests have to provide there govt ID and permemnant address as you check in. 8) All long term guest staying for more than a month, should equally share electricity charges with the host. 9) Pets are not allowed in the premises. For bookings for a month or more these additional conditions apply 10) Cleaning will be done from our side weekly once. If you need additional cleaning, you will pay Rs.500 each time you avail that service. 11) Linen and towels - an extra set will be provided - you may use washing machine to wash / clean them and reuse. 12) Electricity usage upto 10 units /daily is covered under the booking. Extra usage should be paid Rs.15 per unit by the guest. This will be calculated at the end of the month and you will have to settle the extras.
