The House of Shells

A few steps from the beach of La Bionda, not far from Porto S. Stefano, a cozy apartment, for families who want to enjoy the sea without the confusion of the town. The interior spaces, the garden and a breathtaking sea view make it the ideal place to enjoy holidays on the Monte Argentario Promontory. The space Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal, fully equipped with everything they need in the house, the possibility of parking inside the property and enjoying large equipped outdoor spaces. In addition, the shell house is adjacent to the coral house, separated by a wooden wall that can be opened to connect the two houses, ideal for two families of friends or for a large family. From my house you can set off to discover the authentic Maremma! Between medieval villages, natural spas and crystal clear sea, the area offers unique experiences: Capalbio and the Tarot Garden, the Terme di Saturnia, Pitigliano and Sovana, the Argentario and its breathtaking views. Also, if you love diving, the apartment has a large and comfortable outdoor space to rinse your diving equipment. You can also request the free shuttle service to the boarding pier with your equipment without moving your car. The shell house is very bright even in winter because it is exposed to the sun and being sheltered from the northern winds will give you the opportunity to have lunch outside in the winter period ☀️ Guest access There are three homes on my property. I live on the upper floor, and on the ground floor there are two lovely apartments that I make available during the summer: the house of corals and the house of shells. Each apartment has its own exclusive space, the common area is that of the parking lot and the posts with the olive trees where, if you want, you can spend some time under the shade of the silvery branches. Other things to note Sea, sun, shade, serenity, what more could you ask for? Some nice excursions? I can recommend the right one for your needs! As of January 2024, the municipal administration has introduced a tourist tax of €2 per person per day, excluding children up to 14 years of age, to be paid on site. In winter, Monte Argentario and the Costa d'Argento reveal their most authentic side: silence, nature and breathtaking views of the sea The Casa delle Conchiglie is an excellent starting point for trekking and bike excursions along scenic and evocative trails, ideal for those who love to explore nature by walking or cycling, suitable for both quiet walks or rides and more challenging excursions with road routes and dirt trails that start right near the house.
