Welcome to the Grenoble Centre. The apartment, ideally located near the Place de Verdun where the prefecture is located, its covered parking, as well as a BUS stop to get directly to the ski resorts. The cafes, restaurants, gardens, squares and shops will seduce you. The old town and its pedestrian streets, will lead you to the departure of the urban cable car and trails that lead to the fort of the bastille and its magnificent view of Grenoble and its mountains. The space A fully renovated 50 m2 APARTMENT and an optimized space to enjoy the entire surface of the latter. The LARGE LIVING ROOM with skylight and sofa bed will allow you to relax or work serenely. Enjoy the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: induction plate, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, squeegee machine etc... To rest, the SEPARATE ROOM has a double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are renewed and entrusted to a laundry at each of your stays for your comfort. To stay connected, LA FIBRE was installed in the apartment. Guest access The area is served by bus and tram lines ( the nearest station is at 50 M). Parking at the bottom of the apartment will allow you to park your car and unload your belongings. To park, prefer green or purple parking spaces or covered parking; this would allow you to enjoy on foot, by skate, by bike or scooter (which you will easily find for rent) the flatter city of France. Other things to note The apartment is accessible independently thanks to a connected lock Parties are not allowed Non-smoking accommodation Pets allowed The freshness of the apartment is a real plus for the summer.
