"Las Palmeras" Studio

20 m2 studio, non-smoking, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the (unheated) swimming pool to share with our family, as well as the large enclosed park, planted with oaks, pines, albizias, olive trees and palm trees. Comfortable, well-equipped single-story, attached to our house with separate and private entrance. Our village is located on the 2x2 lanes, 15 min from Mt de Marsan, 25 min from Dax, 1 hour from Biarritz and Bayonne, 1.5 hours from Spain and Bordeaux. The space 160 x 200 cm bed with sheets provided. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, hood, microwave oven, Senseo and traditional filter coffee maker, kettle...) with tea towels, sponge and cleaning products. Sofa, large screen TV: 100 cm diagonal, table, chairs, storage, Walk-in shower, toilet, sink. Bath towels provided The garden and pool are shared with our family. Tables, garden chairs, hammocks, swings and sun loungers are available in the wooded park and around the pool. Other things to note The garden is a haven of peace where you can rest and rejuvenate.
