Other things to note Important Information: • Respect for Neighbors: Please quiet outdoor after 10:00 pm, as the property shares an external brick wall with the neighbor. • Guest and Party Policy: Strictly no external guests, parties, or gatherings. • No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property, indoors and out. • Age and Event Restrictions: I do not host school leavers during Schoolies celebrations, and bookings are limited to guests aged 25 and older. • Traffic Noise: As the property is on a main road, there may be traffic noise in the third bedroom and, to a lesser extent, in the second bedroom.
