This house is located between the beginning of the sea and the end of the Douro river in an unbelievable place, very peaceful and quiet. The house as a private swimming pool and jacuzzi! You will want to stay forever!!! The space This amazing house is located in front of the sea, just 5 meters from the ocean and the beach. It is located on a small hill in the upper part of the port city, with only three houses on this street. The location is unbelievably quiet, despite its short distance of only 10 minutes to the center of the port city, where the trip can be made on foot, by bicycle or by car along the river. The location is so perfect and quiet that, for those who love the mix of beach, ocean, river and city, it is the dream place. Guests can spend the morning on the beach, the early afternoon eating seafood in front of the sea, and the afternoon going for a walk to the center of the port, ending with a boat ride on the Douro River. You can see the sea even lying on the bed in the master bedroom or even on the sofa in the living room. The proximity to the sea is so great that the incredible and delicious smell of the sea and sea air enters all the rooms of the house, creating a general feeling of well-being and good mood. To access the first beach, just cross the street, however, AVENIDA DA BEIRA-MAR has more than 10 km of incredible beaches to discover. This is also an area that is perfect for walking on the waterfront or on the sand, morning runs, bike rides, or just watching one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. About 3 km from the house you can find some of the best fish restaurants in the city of Porto, in a fishing village called AFURADA. It is still possible during the summer to enjoy some of the best music festivals on the beaches of AVENIDA BEIRA-MAR.
