Tucked away in the heart of a tranquil village nestled amongst coconut and mango trees with a tiny slice of the village beach , we offer you a comfortable stay five minutes away from the historical & legendary jetty of Dona Paula. Situated in the heart of Goa with easy access to both North and South Goa, come here to experience authentic Goan village vibes. The space Our 2000 sq/ft serviced villa with a sea view from the terrace, has a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining space. We have three bedrooms, a master bedroom with an attached bath and two other bedrooms with private balconies and a common bath. Guest access The listed cost is for six persons for the entire house. Other things to note Our house is located in the historic part of Goa. The reputed National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) is just across the road and a kilometer away is the Governor's palace on one side and the Goa University on the other end. You can take a walk all along the beach to reach the well known Mira-mar beach. From the Dona Paula jetty you get a direct view of the port trust at Vasco Da Gama and the lighthouse beam flashing all the way from Fort Aguada. At the jetty you can enjoy a myriad set of activities from water sports, tender coconut, shopping and also book yourself on an island trip, a sunset trip, a fishing trip, dolphin sighting, wind surfing to name a few. It is important to note that any activity that you sign up for, is between you (the guest) and the tour/sport operators. We do not intervene or take any commission or responsibility for these interactions. Panjim city is a 10-12 minutes drive, where you have theaters, pubs, eateries and multiple casinos to choose from. Getting to Panjim is easy as there is a frequent bus service to Panjim via Caranzalem, Miramar and Taleigaon. There is an auto and taxi stand right up at the NIO circle.
